AJ Chambers is delighted to be working in partnership with a dynamic, well-respected, and multi-disciplinary firm that is seeking to expand its team with the addition of an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified solicitor with solid experience in handling complex litigation matters
  • Proven ability to work in a fee-earning role and meet both individual and team billing targets
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Professional, confident, and client-focused approach
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a high-performing team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, client-focused legal services tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Provide expert support to existing clients, specifically in the areas of Dispute Resolution and Litigation.
  • Handle a diverse and high-value caseload involving property disputes for both commercial and residential clients.
  • Offer legal advice across a broad spectrum of matters, including landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, boundary conflicts, rights of way, adverse possession, and covenant enforcement.
  • Contribute to team development by mentoring and supervising junior colleagues as needed.
