Are you looking to join a dynamic team for a leading organisation based in Burgess Hill? There is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Sales and Account Executive to drive sales and maintain client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for customer service. You will need to be comfortable with both face to face and telephone sales.
Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:- Manage your own workload and assist the Sales Director with delegated leads. Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and handle phone enquiries.
- Build and manage your own client base through calls, meetings, and events. Maintain strong relationships to ensure ongoing business with existing clients.
- Focus primarily on sales while managing client accounts to ensure ongoing business. The majority of leads are warm enquiries.
- Work closely with the production team to enhance your ability to attract new clients and assist them in achieving their project goals.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales or account management role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, customer-focused, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, high attention to detail.
- Lunch: Lunch provided every Friday.
- Work Events: Regular events, from poker nights to drum and bass events on Brighton seafront.
- Flexibility to attend events and meetings outside regular office hours.
- A clean driving licence may be advantageous
