We are currently recruiting for a plumbing site supervisor for a residential site in West Sussex.

This position is for an immediate start and applicants that are willing to work as a working supervisor would be at a distinct advantage. Must be happy overseeing job and helping with 2nd fix work on tools.

Rates of pay 240- 250 per day depending on experience/ qualifications.

Monday to Friday paid weekly CIS or ltd. Free parking.

Duties will include:

1. Site sign in
2. Daily diary
3. Pipework materials take offs
4. Pipework Installation
5. Toolbox talks
6. Plant registers
7. Quality Assurance / Inspections
8. Wall / Ceiling Sign Offs
9. PUWER / PASMA Sign offs
10. On Site Coordination
11. Site Briefings
12. Dealing with sub-contractors on site - BMS, Ventilation, Insulation
13. Commissioning - Overseeing on site
14. Weekly/fortnightly project reviews with contracts managers
15. As built drawings
16. Health & Safety Enforcement

Applicants must have SSSTS or SMSTS + CSCS

Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role, have a valid skills card, own tools and PPE and be available for an immediate start.
