This role is based in Burgess Hill and involves promoting, selling, and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

Description
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

A successful Sales Representative should have:
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- A demonstrable ability to negotiate and understand marketing.
- Experience in a sales role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to understand and deliver on customer needs.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
