The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, organising, and updating relevant data in line with the company's internal procedures and policies.

Description
As a Part Time Data Administrator your responsibilities include:
- Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications.
- Interpret complex information and translate it into easily understood data.
- Ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and maintaining updated records.
- Assist with report generation and data analysis as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Adhere to GDPR regulations and internal policies when handling data.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Part Time Data Administrator should have:
- A solid understanding of database management and data entry.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Offer
