Manpower has a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate to become an Administrator, working with our client, a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company based in the heart of central London.
The role will include providing support to the Global Workplace Safety team with several different projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Data gathering, including obtaining evidence and updating spreadsheets
  • Providing general administrative support to teams, managers and departments
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients, or external stakeholders when required
  • Handling correspondence, phone calls, emails, scheduling, and filing
  • Maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards at all times
  • Ad hoc project work as directed by leadership

In your role you must be:

  • An experienced Administrator with proven previous experience of at least a year
  • Organised with an ability to anticipate, adapt, prioritise, and fulfil multiple tasks
  • Strong follow-up skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, highly self-motivated, strong decision-making skills with proven ability to act autonomously in day-to-day activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills required, including MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
