Our client, an award-winning independent agency in Mid Sussex, seeks a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their vibrant team.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position and offers a basic salary of £25,000.
With an OTE between £40,000 and £50,000, the position also includes a pool commission structure and a petrol allowance.
Key responsibilities include meeting potential buyers and sellers, booking viewings, and negotiating offers.
Candidates should possess a good knowledge of the property market and a positive, ambitious attitude.

This role is perfect for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator who is looking to join an energetic and vibrant agency.

Working Hours for the Senior Sales Negotiator:

8.45 am - 6.00 pm Monday to Thursday
8.45 am to 5.30 pm on Fridays.
9.00 am – 5.00 pm Saturday working 1 in 3 with a day in lieu.

Salary/Package for the successful Senior Sales Negotiator:

Basic salary - £25,000.
OTE between £40,000 - £50,000.
Pool commission structure.
A modern and energetic work environment.
Petrol allowance.

Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:

Meeting and greeting potential buyers and sellers.
Booking in viewings and valuations.
Sales progression.
Negotiating offers and closing for deals.
Potential opportunity to list/value.

Requirements for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:

The ability to generate new business.
Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
Ideally, would be in a position to be listing soon.
A good knowledge of the current property market.
Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator is essential
Minimum 2 years of experience.
A positive and ambitious attitude.
Full UK driver's licence
