Assistant Block Manager
Salary: £26k - £28k DOE + full training and company benefits
Location: Burgess Hill
Hours: Mon-Thu 9am - 17.30 Fri 9am - 17.00
Must have a full UK driving licence and transport to apply

You’ll be working within a collaborative and knowledgeable team, managing a diverse portfolio of residential developments. If you’re highly organised, ambitious, and eager to grow within the block management sector, this role offers full training, support, and career development.
Responsibilities: - Full training will be given
- Managing a portfolio of residential developments.
- Liaising with leaseholders, freeholders, and contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Raising work orders and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
- Attending AGMs and conducting regular site inspections.
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and industry legislation.
- Working closely with the finance team on budgets and service charge accounts.
- Handling queries from tenants and leaseholders, delivering timely and effective resolutions.
- Assisting with major works projects and long-term maintenance plans.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A proven background in lettings, property administration, or residential property management.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and personable approach.
- The ability to learn quickly, absorb new systems, and manage processes independently.
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence using IT systems (experience with QUBE is advantageous but not essential).
- A driven, motivated mindset with a genuine interest in progressing within the property industry
