Job Title: Commercial & Operational Admin Business Partner
Location: Burgess Hill - Hybrid with ad-hoc office visits for business meetings and client visits
Rates: 25 -37 per hour PAYE (excluding holiday pay) OR 40.00 per hour UMB/LTD
Contract until December 2026 - Inside IR35
Clearline Recruitment is recruiting a Commercial Operations Business Partner to provide administrative and project support, driving efficiency and collaboration across commercial and operational teams.
The Role
- Provide administrative support across commercial and operational functions.
- Lead and contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Utilise experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, or Automation within admin-focused environments.
- Plan and schedule activities, manage data review and reporting tasks.
- Handle contract amendments, system change requests, and related administration.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all documentation and records.
- Prioritise workloads effectively to meet business deadlines.
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and automation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer and colleague experience.
The Requirements
- Proven experience in administration within a commercial or operational setting.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience desirable).
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in at least one of the following: Project Management, Process Management, or Automation.
