Clearline Recruitment is recruiting a Commercial Operations Business Partner to provide administrative and project support, driving efficiency and collaboration across commercial and operational teams.

The Role

  • Provide administrative support across commercial and operational functions.
  • Lead and contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Utilise experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, or Automation within admin-focused environments.
  • Plan and schedule activities, manage data review and reporting tasks.
  • Handle contract amendments, system change requests, and related administration.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across all documentation and records.
  • Prioritise workloads effectively to meet business deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and automation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer and colleague experience.

The Requirements

  • Proven experience in administration within a commercial or operational setting.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience desirable).
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in at least one of the following: Project Management, Process Management, or Automation.
