Manpower has a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate to become an Administrator, working with our client, a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company based in the heart of central London.
The role will include providing support to the Global Workplace Safety team with several different projects.
Responsibilities:
- Data gathering, including obtaining evidence and updating spreadsheets
- Providing general administrative support to teams, managers and departments
- Liaising with suppliers, clients, or external stakeholders when required
- Handling correspondence, phone calls, emails, scheduling, and filing
- Maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards at all times
- Ad hoc project work as directed by leadership
In your role you must be:
- An experienced Administrator with proven previous experience of at least a year
- Organised with an ability to anticipate, adapt, prioritise, and fulfil multiple tasks
- Strong follow-up skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, highly self-motivated, strong decision-making skills with proven ability to act autonomously in day-to-day activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills required, including MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
