Job Title:Service Demand Planning Associate

Contract: 6 months

Pay Rate: £15-£17 PAYE or £19.89 - £22.55 LTD

Location: Burgess Hill (hybrid - 2 days in the office per week)

Your Mission:As a Service Demand Planning Associate, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the supply-demand balancing process. Your efforts will ensure that the right resources are available at the right time to support customers across the UK and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor demand and supply of service activities using digital tools and systems.
  • Proactively address and resolve supply-demand issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support weekly Demand-Supply balance meetings, providing insights for effective decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and optimal performance of inventory management processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep everyone informed and engaged.

What You'll Need:

  • A-level educated or equivalent with a minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Mathematics).
  • Previous experience in demand planning (desirable) and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requests and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
