Duties will include:
- Ensure every customer receives friendly, attentive service.
- Assist with training and supervising staff during shifts and running the store during the Managers absence.
- monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and support timely reordering to keep shelves well-stocked.
- Check deliveries for accuracy and quality and ensure proper storage of goods.
- Manage cash handling with accuracy and accountability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and any incidents to support store efficiency and compliance.
