Our client requires a competent, experienced Mechanical Project Manager who is able to commute in / around the North Yorkshire / North East / East Coast / Humber area.
The is a permanent role with an attractive salary and package available.
Responsible for mechanical installation and decommissioning / strip out, including managing the installation of new Heat pumps, plate heat exchangers, including all pipework, thermal insulation etc. De-commissioning and strip out of old existing plant will also be required.
We require someone with contractual knowledge and client-facing, able to communicate and manage expectations. With the ability / flexibility to be able to work on live site environments occasionally involving direct interface with the public.
Practical / trade experience would be ideal.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential.
