The Role:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to strict health and safety regulations
  • Support and mentor junior chefs where necessary, ensuring a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, particularly during busy service periods
  • Manage the section efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed on time


About you:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene protocols
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while managing time effectively
  • Genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes and a dedication to culinary excellence
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility to cover shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
