About you:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene protocols
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while managing time effectively
- Genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes and a dedication to culinary excellence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to cover shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
