We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help drive growth across commercial and domestic projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients, developing new business opportunities and supporting the delivery of high-quality, low-carbon heating solutions.

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities

? What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years in business development (ideally renewables/heating)

  • 5+ years in installations (Gas, HVAC, or Plumbing)

  • Knowledge of Air/Ground Source Heat Pumps

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Strong communication and commercial skills
