Job Scope:

We are seeking a Domiciliary Care Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our clients home care services, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant care across the community. As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will take full responsibility for care delivery, team leadership, and service growth, ensuring all operations meet CQC and safeguarding standards. The Domiciliary Care Manager will oversee care plans, promote staff development, and maintain strong relationships with service users and their families. You will also work closely with internal support teams and senior leadership to enhance service quality and drive positive outcomes.

This role is ideal for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager looking to shape services, influence best practice, and make a lasting difference in the lives of others.

Do you have?

  • Proven management experience within domiciliary care, with a demonstrated track record of growing the business supported by measurable results.
  • Passion for putting people first, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of CQC requirements and compliance standards.
  • Skilled in leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car for work purposes is desirable.
