- Aspects of both purchase and sales ledger
- Weekly bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations
- Resolving stakeholder queries
- Analysing costs and expenses and identifying areas for cost control and improvements
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries
- Assisting with monthly management accounts
- Prepare & reconcile information for quarterly VAT returns.
- Minimum AAT L3 qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Extensive experience with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Excellent IT and MS Excel skills
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- Work efficiently towards meeting deadlines
- Starting salary up to ÂŁ35,000 DOE
