We are seeking a motivated and solutions-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced and energetic logistics team. This is a key role supporting high-profile, large-scale projects across the UK. Reporting to the Transport Planning & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating furniture deliveries, managing fleet utilisation and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage large, high-profile customer orders from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process.
  • Coordinate transport schedules by working closely with Clients, Sales, Logistics and Installation teams.
  • Monitor performance, cost and efficiency of third-party carriers representing the business.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, external partners and customers to meet all expectations and requirements.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality across all products and services delivered.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in logistics or transport preferred (not essential).
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Background in customer service and administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
