PFI Operations Manager - Schools - Burnley - 55k - 65k + car or allowance 5200, 5% bonus, 25 days annual leave, 5% pension.

You will be responsible for the managing the Technical / Hard and Soft Service Delivery and engineers on the Lancashire Schools Contract for 11 Schools in Colne, Nelson, Burnley and Blackburn.

You will minimise performance deductions by delivering the hard and soft services element of the contract effectively and by responding to all relevant issues in accordance with the requirements of the Project Agreement while managing the performance of sub-contractors and suppliers.

The preference is for someone with a hard services background, they are looking for a driven individual who isn't afraid to get stuck in. Well organised and strategic with great people management.

They are looking for someone with the following:

  • ONC/HNC in Facilities management (or equivalent in specialist trade)
  • IOSH Managing safely
  • Previous experience in managing an Hard FM team maintenance team
  • Experience of liaising directly with the client on similar FM projects
  • Experience of undertaking AP/RP duties within similar FM projects
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry guidelines
