- Providing proactive support to the Maintenance Team Leader and contributing to completion of scheduled maintenance and service tasks.
- Delivering 6S and Asset Care activities while managing weekly and monthly maintenance schedules across the site.
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental procedures, and internal company policies.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance routines and exploring improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
- Recording service activity, reporting faults, and assisting with general building maintenance and repair as needed.
- Good general knowledge of mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Experience in problem-solving and rectification on a variety of equipment, machine tools and building systems
- Holder of a relevant engineering degree or qualification (HNC, HND, apprenticeship, etc)
