We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and supportive team in a Lancashire County Council maintained nursery school. This is a part-time role working afternoons only, perfect for someone looking to make a positive impact in early years education in a supportive and well-established setting.

Role Details:

  • Hours: 12:30pm - 3:45pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)

  • Contract: Part-time, permanent

  • Start Date: September 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality early years education and care

  • Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to meet the needs of each child

  • Assist in observing, assessing, and recording children's progress

  • Provide tailored support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), where required

Essential Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

  • A genuine passion for working with young children

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
