We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and supportive team in a Lancashire County Council maintained nursery school. This is a part-time role working afternoons only, perfect for someone looking to make a positive impact in early years education in a supportive and well-established setting.
Role Details:

Hours: 12:30pm - 3:45pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)

Contract: Part-time, permanent

Start Date: September 2025
Key Responsibilities:
-
Support the delivery of high-quality early years education and care
-
Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

Work collaboratively with the nursery team to meet the needs of each child

Assist in observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
-
Provide tailored support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), where required
Essential Requirements:
-
Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
-
A genuine passion for working with young children
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable:
-
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
-
Additional training or experience supporting children with SEN
