Employee Benefits Specialist

Our client, a well established and respected, growing, and successful IFA Practice, is seeking to recruit an experienced, Employee Benefits Specialist to build and lead a new EB division within the financial planning firm

The role offers the autonomy to build something meaningful, with healthy introductions and support from day one. Taking on a solid foundation of existing clients you will be tasked with leading the firm’s employee benefits offering with a strong focus on group pensions alongside key benefits such as private medical insurance, drive strategic direction, and build a team within a business that values its people and embraces new ideas,

The ideal candidate will have the ambition and leadership skills to take a department from concept to success, as you will design the framework, implement processes, and lay the groundwork for future growth. With the firm’s full support, you’ll have the scope to recruit and develop your own team as demand increases.

You will ideally be Chartered status (or equivalent), with a proven track record in delivering group pensions and employee benefits solutions and experience in process design, strategy, and client delivery
