Contract Type: Full-time, 1 year Fixed-Term (Full Academic Year)
Daily Rate: £168 – £215 per day
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be supporting pupils in Year 6—either in-class alongside the class teacher or leading targeted intervention groups. The position includes shared classroom responsibilities, but no planning is required. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality support to help pupils achieve their best in this crucial academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with targeted intervention in English and/or Maths

Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences

Assisting with behaviour management and classroom organisation

Providing support to pupils with varying learning needs, including SEND and EAL
-
Contributing to assessment and progress tracking where needed

Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have recent experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 6

Be confident supporting SATs preparation and curriculum content

Possess strong behaviour management and classroom presence

Be flexible, proactive, and confident working both independently and as part of a team

Be committed to supporting all learners and raising achievement
