About the Role
Excellent opportunity to be part of a global company based near Burnley. We are looking for skilled/time served Welder/Fabricators, ideally with TIG welding experience.
- Permanent full time position
- 4 day working week (Monday to Friday)
- 40 hours as standard
- Overtime available
- The rate of pay is upwards of £17.20 per hour a
Duties and Responsibilities
- Fabrication and assembly of stainless-steel machines.
- Working on steel tanks and pipework.
- Fabricating sheet metal sub-assemblies.
- Working on projects from start to finish.
What are we looking for?
- Time Served/Apprentice trained in welding and fabrication is desired.
- TIG welding experience is essential
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience working on Stainless and Mild Steel.
- Be able to work as part of a team to ensure work in completed.
- Able to use your own initiative whilst working individually.
- Taking in pride in your work.
- Working to customer specifications and deadlines.
We are looking to interview all suitable candidates straight away and start the successful candidate as soon as possible in line with any notice period you may have to give.
Interviews will involve a basic weld test to gauge skill levels and you will be informed of all the details prior to any interview.
