Job Title: Responsible Individual - Children
Location: Chasetown, Burntwood, UK
Salary: 65,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Responsible Individual to join our team in Chasetown. As the Responsible Individual for our Children's services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for all regulatory bodies and local authoritiesEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and proceduresDevelop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholdersProvide leadership and support to the staff team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered at all timesMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery and make necessary improvementsEnsure that all safeguarding concerns are addressed in a timely and appropriate mannerManage budgets and resources effectively to meet the needs of the serviceConduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of careRequirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role within Children's servicesRelevant professional qualification in Social Work, Health, or related fieldKnowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, such as the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality StandardsStrong leadership and communication skillsProven track record of successfully managing and developing a teamExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholdersPassion for promoting the well-being and development of children and young peopleIf you are a dedicated and passionate individual with the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
