New Part Time role.

SF Recruitment are pleased to be working with a central business in South Derbyshire, where we are partnering with them to recruit for an Accounts Administrator on a permanent part time basis of between 20-25hrs per week. The working week is open to conversation to an extent to suit each candidate. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be a key member of the Finance Team, contributing to the smooth operation of the accounts administration.

Duties:

• Collaborating internally with other departments, including Finance, Operations and Sales• Engaging with customers and suppliers• Ensure efficiency and accuracy in the sales and purchase order process to streamline sales coordination.• Bank postings and reconciliations• Credit control support, assisting in meeting deadlines.• Work closely with colleagues to oversee supplier account activity and maintain accurate records.• Assist in the processing of weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely disbursement to employees.• Ad hoc administrative tasks.
