Role & Responsibilities - Production Operative

• Your key duties will include but not limited to:
• Adherence to Company Health & Safety working practices and legislative regulations.
• Working to high quality standards and within set tolerances
• Set up and operation of machinery.
• Contribution to the consistent delivery of production targets and budgeted operational performance

Qualification and experience required:

• Previous production Experience required

Shifts pattern

3-week rotational shift pattern:

• Week 1:

Monday & Tuesday 6am-6pm, Wednesday Rest, Thursday & Friday 6pm-6am Saturday &Sunday rest

• Week 2:

Monday & Tuesday rest, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6am-6pm & Sunday 6pm-6am

• Week 3:

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 6pm-6am, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday rest.

Pay Rate:£14 per hour

(£32,283 PA + shift bonus OTE - £37,000 PA)
