Groomfield Recruitment is seeking 2 Reach Truck Drivers/Warehouse Operatives for a client in Burton on Trent.
The position offers a pay rate of £13.00 per hour and requires a minimum of 1 year of experience operating a Reach Truck.
Working hours are flexible between 07:00 and 16:00, amounting to a 40-hour work week.
Key responsibilities include order picking, loading and unloading trailers, and adhering to safety protocols.
This role is temporary to permanent for candidates demonstrating good time-keeping and a strong work ethic.

Job Duties:

Using Reach Truck Drivers for order picking. [Pallets]
Loading and unloading trailers for inbound and outbound stock.
FLT Reach Truck use for stock movement.
Lifting stock [manually/physically].
Packing items also.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse or production setting
Valid Reach Truck operator certification
Proficient in operating reach trucks
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors
