Salary:£25,500 per annum to £28,500 (Full time)

As a Childcare Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care, education, and emotional support to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to children's developmental needs.
- Support children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Maintain records and observations to track children's progress.
- Work closely with parents, families, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes.
- Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards.
- Qualification: NNEB, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, or equivalent.
- Experience & Knowledge: Understanding of child development, EYFS, The Childrens Act, and Ofsted Welfare Requirements.
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational abilities.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to fostering their development.
