My client is looking for a proven Sales Administrator to join a well-established team in Burton-on-Trent. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is looking to provide key administrative and sales support in a fast-paced environment.

This is a temporary to permanent role - full-time position.

Salary: Up to £31,000 (dependant on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks and customer service.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing detailed product/service information.
  • Processing sales orders and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.
  • Managing client communication via telephone and email.
  • Preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Maintaining and updating client records and CRM systems.
  • Coordinating the scheduling of meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Assisting with the creation and management of sales materials and promotional content.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining confidentiality of client information.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.

The role is working Monday to Friday - office based and is temporary to permanent.
