- To lead and develop the delivery of HNC Construction Management courses at Level 4, within a classroom / workshop-based setting
- Deliver high-quality learning modules, utilising innovative teaching methods and technologies.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs, ensuring that learners gain the technical and professional skills required.
- Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
- Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
- Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
- Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.
- Must hold solid, occupational experience of employment within any of the following; Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Must hold a recognised Level 3 qualification or above within the Construction sector.
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Ideally have experience of delivering training/workshops to groups of learners - or providing on-the-job training within the workplace.
- Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
- Hold a level 2 qualification as a minimum within a relevant Construction trade.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
