ABC Teachers are seeking Primary Early Career Teachers from as soon as possible to work in long-term positions across all Primary aged groups in the Burton-on-Trent area. We are looking for someone who has valid experience from placements that can be referenced and hold valid UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

About the role:
ABC Teachers are looking for ECT’s to work in Primary Schools across Burton and surrounding areas. These roles will be full time positions beginning in September 2025 as well as short-term and long-term placements up until then. However, if you do require part-time work, please reach out as it’s definitely something we can help with.

The suitable candidate will:Â
- Have a suitable teaching qualification i.e PGCE/BeD, with a valid QTS (Or awaiting QTS)
- Be able to provide two suitable references.
- Have or be willing to obtain a DBS Certificate that is registered to the Update Service.
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to quickly built a good rapport with students and staff
- Have excellent time management
- Be reliable and dedicated
- Have a passion for supporting pupils in reaching their full potential
