Finance Business Partner – Logistics & Supply ChainBurton Upon Trent | £45,000 – £55,000 | Hybrid Working (2 Days On-Site)

Essential: Experience supporting logistics and/or supply chain operations within a recognisable business.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a high-growth, international organisation. This is a highly visible role, partnering directly with senior stakeholders across central warehouse operations and global logistics.

You’ll play a key role in managing and challenging operational cost bases, supporting decision-making, and delivering real commercial impact across supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business partner to logistics and central warehouse teams, overseeing a cost base of approx. £6m and a further £15m–£20m in global freight spend

  • Own the monthly reporting cycle, forecasting and variance analysis for logistics operations

  • Build strong relationships with operations and senior leadership, ensuring costs are controlled and efficiencies identified

  • Lead and support post-investment appraisals and transformation initiatives within the supply chain

  • Deliver accurate, insightful financial information to support key strategic decisions

About You:

  • Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)

  • Proven experience in a finance role supporting logistics or supply chain teams

  • Commercially astute with the confidence to challenge and influence

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Strong communicator, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
