With the owners experience spanning across some of the countrys top kitchens even working alongside the likes of Marcus Wareing as an experienced Chef, you are sure to take your skills and culinary wonders, to the next level.
You will be rewarded with great working conditions, a 4-day working week and on the job training by a talented chef who has worked in Michelin restaurants all over the world.
What we need from you as a Junior Sous Chef:
- You must have previous experience working in a rosette level kitchen
- A minimum of 5 years experience cooking at a high standard
- Be a team player and keen to learn more
- Must be able to drive or live in the area
What the role involves:
Working alongside a very talented Head Chef. You will be involved in the following:
- Run a section in the kitchen and support the head chef with other duties such as, ordering, stock control, managing staff & running the kitchen when the head chef is off.
Salary: £28,000-£35,000 per year.
Hours: Working 48-54 hours a week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9.30am 10pm, Saturday 9am 10pm and Sunday 8am 7pm. There is a rota for shifts which can mean flexibility for weekends once the kitchen is a full team.
