What you'll do:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve mixers, conveyors, pumps, chillers-real equipment that moves product.
Commission new machines and make sure they actually work.
Work hands-on with operators, contractors, and engineers to keep production running.
Keep everything safe and compliant (HACCP/GMP).
Who we want:
Multi-skilled engineer or mechanical/electrical engineer with real production experience.
Hands-on, practical, problem solver.
Can communicate clearly and get things done without drama.
