We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a company based in Burton On Trent on a full or part time and temporary to permanent basis.

Salary: Circa 25-26,000 pro rata, per annum

Full time or part time hours to be considered i.e. 5 or 3 days per week 8:00 - 4:30 or alternatively 5 hours per day Monday to Friday (In addition to these hours, you may be expected to occasionally work a reasonable amount of overtime when required)

About the role:

Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages

Supporting accounts team when required.

Organising meetings, scheduling appointments

Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance

Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information

Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations

Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, organising company events, and making travel arrangements for staff.

Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems and databases, adhering to data protection guidelines.

Drafting and formatting documents, reports, and presentations, and providing general support to management and other departments

Support Quoting & Sales as and when needed in creating quotes and customer liaison

About you:

Computer literate

Well organised

Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

Good knowledge of the English language, both oral and written

Good initiative to recognise and prioritise work tasks

Good team player
