About the Role:
• Support the Registered Manager in running a well-established 3-bed EBD home
• Lead shifts and mentor staff to deliver high-quality care
• Take responsibility for safeguarding, documentation, and compliance
• Build strong, therapeutic relationships with young people
• Help to maintain the home’s positive, nurturing environment

About You:
• Senior RCW/ Team Leader or current Deputy with EBD experience
• Able to lead shifts confidently and support a team
• Emotionally resilient and child-focused
• NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (or working toward it)
