Deputy Manager – 3-Bed EBD Home

Burton-on-Trent | £37,040 (including 4 sleeps/month)

About the Role:
• Support the Registered Manager in running a well-established 3-bed EBD home
• Lead shifts and mentor staff to deliver high-quality care
• Take responsibility for safeguarding, documentation, and compliance
• Build strong, therapeutic relationships with young people
• Help to maintain the home’s positive, nurturing environment

About You:
