Shift Pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off, plus sleep-ins
Salary: £37,557.30 to £39,641.10 per annum

About the Role:
• Support the Registered Manager in running a high-quality solo EBD home
• Lead shifts and oversee day-to-day care, routines, and activities
• Contribute to individualised care planning and risk assessment
• Support staff development and model outstanding care practice
• Build strong relationships with professionals, families, and the wider community
• Take an active role in inspections and quality assurance processes

About You:
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience in a children’s residential setting (EBD preferred)
• Calm, compassionate, and confident under pressure
• Committed to safeguarding and trauma-informed practice
• Driver with full UK licence
• Ambitious and ready to make your mark
