The Role:

We're looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join a nursing home in Burton-on-Trent on night shifts. The home supports residents with Dementia, Eating Disorders, and Physical Disabilities.

You'll lead a small team of HCAs, ensure quality care is delivered overnight, administer medication, and respond to resident needs.

What You Need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

  • Senior care experience

  • Medication trained

  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)

  • Confident working nights in a care home or nursing home setting
