About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students aged 11-19 with a range of complex learning needs, including autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and other associated conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Capable of using a range of strategies to engage pupils and maintain positive behaviour standards.
* Supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.
* Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to deliver engaging and exciting learning experiences.
