A fantastic opportunity has arisen for both a Land Surveyor and a Senior Land Surveyor to join a reputable surveying consultancy based near Burton-on-Trent. With continued growth and a broad project portfolio, this role offers varied and engaging work across residential, commercial, industrial, MOD, and infrastructure sectors.

This is a site and office-based role, ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on surveying work and wish to develop their technical expertise using the latest tools and software including Leica and Faro scanners, AutoCAD, LSS, Cyclone and Cloudworx.

The Role:

Carrying out detailed topographic and measured building surveys
Producing accurate floor plans, elevations and sections
Using total stations and 3D laser scanners to capture precise data
Liaising with project teams to ensure quality and specification standards are met
Working across a range of environments and site conditions

Requirements:

At least 1 year of land surveying experience (for junior role)
Familiarity with Leica equipment and software such as AutoCAD and LSS
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Good communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence
