About the Company:

A National Housing Developer who are recognised for their high quality and sustainable homes are looking for a freelance Site Manager in Burton On Trent.

Job Description: Job Duties:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Manage health and safety standards on site
  • Monitor progress and report to senior management
Required Qualifications:
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • First Aid training
  • Valid Driving Licence
Education:

Relevant qualification in construction management or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering high volume projects in house building

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience with new build housing projects
  • Ability to manage high volume projects
  • Familiarity with timber frame construction
Working Conditions:
  • Work on construction sites in West Midlands, Staffordshire, Burton upon Trent
