Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering lessons that align with the curriculum
- Adapting lessons to suit pupils' needs and learning styles
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a safe and inclusive environment
- Providing constructive feedback and assessing pupil progress
- Supporting children with SEND or additional needs where required
- Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
- Engaging pupils in exciting and interactive lessons
- Safeguarding children and ensuring their welfare remains a priority
Desirable Attributes:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working across Primary year groups
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to differentiate lessons to support all learners
- Enthusiastic and committed to providing high-quality education
- Understanding of SEND and supporting pupils with additional needs
- Highly organised, with excellent communication skills
