About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning and development across various subjects. Working closely with teachers and the wider school community, you will help create a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages all students to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in delivering engaging lessons and activities that support the curriculum.
* Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
* Promote a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and respected.
* Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among pupils.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support pupils' holistic development.
