We are currently recruiting for a Ground Care Sales Specialist on a full time and permanent basis in Burton On Trent.

Basic salary 28,000 per annum with unlimited commission (likely to achieve 37,500 - 42,500 per annum).

The remuneration package includes a basic salary plus excellent commission incentives, an annual performance related bonus, a company vehicle, laptop and company phone.

About the role:

The Ground Care Sales Specialist will be reporting to the Ground Care Manager, promoting a wide range of ground care products. The territory covered mainly consists of, but is not limited to, Derbyshire and Staffordshire. Working with both consumer and commercial customers.

Manage the sales process from enquiry through to sale and delivery and will be required to achieve several sales targets

You will be required to promote the business and yourself in a positive manner.

Over 80% of the portfolio is dedicated to robotic products and as such an element of installation will be required.

About you:

Experienced working in a fast-paced environment

Experienced with horticultural sales such as ground care, plant or agricultural products.

Ability to work on your own initiative, self-starter

Gardening maintenance experience would be beneficial however training can be provided.

The role demands a self-motivated person who can work on their own but can also adopt the ethos of the site Parts team. A positive attitude and friendly character are of high importance for this role.
