You will be required to deliver high quality teaching and learning in Design & Technology, inspiring students to develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge across a range of disciplines including produce design, engineering, textiles and digital technologies.
Key Responsiblities of Design & Technology Teacher
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with national curruiculum
Teach across Key Stages 3 - 5
Promote innovation, sustainability and practical skills
Manage & maintain workshop tools safely and effectively
Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
Qualifications & Experience
QTS or equivalent
Preferable but not essential Degree in Design & Technology
Previous experience in a similar role essential
