Gi Group is looking for warehouse operatives to join our client based in Burton-on-Trent. We have multiple full time shifts available, 5 days out of 7 per week.
Shifts Available:Sunday-Thursday Monday - FridayPay Rate for Warehouse Operative:AM and PM rate- £12.21 p/h for first 12 Weeks. £12.65 p/h after 12 Weeks.Nights rate - £12.65 p/h for first 12 Weeks. £13.15 p/h after 12 Weeks.Benefits:Overtime 1,5x on all hours over 40Onsite canteenFree Hot Drinks onsitePaid BreaksKey responsibilities as Warehouse Operative:* Picking - Efficiently assemble orders without error meeting warehouse operative KPI targets* Stock Replenishment* Stock Checking* Maintaining cleanliness throughout the warehouse* Ensure that all site-specific rules and operating practice are always adhered to* Adhere to all aspects of the Company Health & Safety regulations currently in force* Report anything which could be a hazard and report all accidents to your line managerPersonal Conduct for suitable Warehouse Operative:* Maintain good attendance and time keeping* Maintain a good standard of housekeeping* Report anything which could be a hazard and report all accidents to your line manager* Demonstrate flexibility and co-operation when covering other duties outside of your usual job roleIf you're interested, please apply for position or send us a text message with your name, email address and shift preference on .
