My client is a fast-paced food importer seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to handle their Logistics & Administrative duties. This is a critical support role that ensures the smooth operation of our office and the efficient management of our import logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring administrative efficiency and supporting import operations:
- Issuing and overseeing instructions for EU to UK imports.
- Maintaining and updating accurate stock records.
- Generating reports, emails, answering calls, and handling general office support.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers and clients.
Skills Required
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional ability to multi-task, manage complex schedules, and meet timely deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, methodical, detail-focused, and a proactive problem-solver.
Desirable: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is preferred but not essential.
Essential Requirement: Must have a valid driving license and reliable vehicle due to the rural office location.
