The Role
-
Supervise and support a team of 4 finance staff

Manage VAT returns, ledgers, direct debits, and reconciliations

Oversee banking, reporting, and fixed asset register

Improve systems, processes, and ensure compliance
What You’ll Need
-
AAT Qualified or Part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Strong experience in finance operations and team leadership

Excellent Excel and financial systems skills

Organised, proactive, and collaborative mindset
