Our client, based near Bury St Edmunds, is looking for a Part Time Office Administrator to join their team. This is an ongoing, temporary role, and is for 4 days per week.
The Office Administrator will need to be happy in a varied role and willing to learn various areas of the business administration so that all areas can be supported when required.
Responsibilities may include:
- Diary management
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Managing room and hot desk booking system.
- Managing stationery supplies.
- Setting up purchase orders.
- Managing document approvals.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
Candidates must have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem solving
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to prioritise work effectively
- Time management
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
